It was unfortunate to receive such a negative review after being so careful about packing and shipping your purchase.
Addressing it.
My home is clean, pet and smoke free.
I do not add fabric softener sheets because of unknown allergies and possible skin sensitivities of customers.

I only use NEW priority mail shipping boxes and mailers which have been 100% effective in delivering products safely to customers. I don't use extra unessacary packaging because I'm conscious of the environment.
I know the items were not sold as new. They are used.. meaning, there is going to be some wear.
Hopefully you can take all of that in consideration before purchasing and low rating other sellers. 😊

At first I was appalled by your negative feedback, but after reading through other sellers comments I realized you are shopping for champagne, but only have $ for beer. When purchasing a USED $200 designer bag and only pay $20 that you would expect to receive what is stated in the description (USED)To avoid bad Karma I would suggest in the future messaging the sellers directly to discuss any issues this way possibly both of you end up with a better outcome.

Yes, you are the seller but I'm also the customer and should be able to express concerns..$40 is a lot of money for me.. I meant no harm, we are encouraged with rating to give feedback. I should have freedom to do that.. consider it corrective criticism and not personal..Your other customers will appreciate that and you will still be successful! Im sorry it was taken offensively...
