your_fashions Hello. I have just read your review North Face boots. I do strive to receive 5-star ratings as I am sure you are as a seller. I am sorry they are a bit smaller, I am a reseller so I am so sorry but I had no idea. I sell the items as sent to me by distributors. As for the post office mix up, it really is nothing to do with anything I did with shipping or the transaction in any way. I do encourage my customers to send items back or let me help them in any way I can to achieve a 5-star rating.
