martinas81 @zenandcoffee I actually had the same issue. I canceled my order due to lack of communication. I even had Poshmark contact her. I am NOT happy

zenandcoffee @martinas81 I'm just confused bc I purchased it when she was replying to others that's same day, and she's been active since. I don't understand what the purpose is of listing items, selling them, and then not shipping. It's not like you get paid until it arrives.

zenandcoffee @martinas81 The same exact thing happened to me actually at the start of January trying to buy the same thing from a different posh closet. It's so frustrating. I don't mind waiting if it's actually going to be sent, but check in you know? Don't just waste my time and hold my money on limbo :/ Sorry it happened to you as well it seems.

zenandcoffee @martinas81 nope. I've left it open in hopes maybe it ships. I did find a new option in the order screen where I could send a reminder to the seller which is helpful. Looking through this closet though I'm actually starting to think it's the same person I bought from last time. A lot of the items are the same and the seller location is identical...

zenandcoffee @martinas81 I'd be thrilled and not upset in the slightest if she could just check in and let me know "hey I cant ship right away" or "hey, got your order" or even if it just updated on the order to let me know it's on the way finally, but to be patient and polite and then wait only to have no response at all is what is disappointing. I'll hold out hope a little longer, but fear it may be for moot.

martinas81 @zenandcoffee i sent several reminders myself and had Posh send them too. And still nothing. So after a week I canceled. I always make sure I ship as soon as I can. That's just out of respect. Like you said, that's how you get paid! It's crazy!!

martinas81 @zenandcoffee I agree with you! Communication is key. I just had another posher say I had an unexpected family emergency and I can't ship till Thursday. And I was totally fine with that.

zenandcoffee @martinas81 kenziescloset15 is the other closet I mentioned that I think might actually be the same seller looking at the two. And I agree wholeheartedly. I'm never in a rush, so even if you need like 2+ weeks to ship, as long as you check-in to let me know, then I'm totally cool with it. I know that life happens, and I'd never hold that against anyone, but take that one second to let your customers know. Treat them how you'd want to be treated.

martinas81 @zenandcoffee that does look alike! I agree with you. I don't mind as well life happens. I have 4 kids and I still manage to communicate with my buyers in case I need more time. Just SO frustrating because I really liked what i bought

zenandcoffee @martinas81 same! And I was so excited to find out again after what happened with the last purchase. I have super sensitive skin and that's the only primer that doesn't break me out like crazy while keeping my makeup from doing the same as well. Even if she came back and told me she had sellers remorse, I'd be a little disappointed but I would understand and at least know what was going on lol.

zenandcoffee @martinas81 well not the four kids part, but I run my own business full time and still balance it with tending to my family and any unforseen twists life throws my way and would never just leave customers in the dark no matter what happened. Anyway, I certainly hope she's ok. Didn't mean to go on about it lol, but it just seems so strange.

zenandcoffee @martinas81 awe thank you! I don't really have much for sale in there right now bc I keep procrastinating on posting my stuff. I got as far as taking the photos and then never got around to listing. Eventually I will, but for the moment is just one item and then my iso's lol. I'll return the follow for sure though!
