angiecasselman Hi Avery, I accepted your offer on the Bauer hoodie, and went to print the label and there isnt one. I did have difficulties accepting as it showed an error. I accepted again and I thought it went through without error. It obviously didnt go through. If you would like to make the offer again I will accept. Not sure what happened???

yancy07blue Another option is that I’m waiting for poshmark customer service and see if there’s a way the other seller can ship your item to you and have you ship the item you’ll received to the right buyer. Again, I truly apologize for shipping the wrong item, I take full responsibility for that shipping mistake.

yancy07blue @averyraposa it got shipped to a wrong buyer. That’s how I found out the mistake, since the other buyer contacted me. I reported it already to poshmark and waiting for the next step. The other buyer want the right item too (the one you will be receiving)

Sorry for the hassle of the mix up again, but can you kindly request to open a formal request to return the wrong item from the poshmark app?Once they read and open up the request, they will be able to issue you a shipping label to ship the wrong items to the other buyer.
