shelbysclosetbb @alsiminig This is what I got from Poshmark about the wrong shipment. Please have the buyer file an “Item Not Described” case so our team can further investigate this issue. This is done to ensure that payment is not released and your buyer is fully covered. If your buyer has any questions or concerns, please have them contact our team directly so we may walk them through the return process.

After reviewing the case, we have decided to grant you a refund for this order. You must return the order promptly to the seller in order to get a refund. If there are multiple items in the order, all items need to be returned to receive a refund.

shelbysclosetbb @alsiminig I wasn’t able to ship you the right ones. Poshmark said you have to return the cleats and then buy the other ones for me to get a slip to mail them to you. They have not charged you yet. But could if you don’t ship back. I’m sorry this happened!
