I can’t seem to figure out their complaint system so I thought indicating that I didn’t receive it in the rating system would alert them

ktedesco2020 @ayaninjakiwi Yes! I checked the USPS tracking and it said they tried to deliver on the 9th but couldn't gain access to your mailbox. They marked it as delivered on the 10th. You should definitely open a case with POSH. They will take care of it. Did you check again? Do you have a building office or concierge? They will ask you to check anyway so just a heads up. If it's lost would you like me to see if I can get another pair for you? LMK and thanks. My clients are very important to me.

ayaninjakiwi @ktedesco2020 Hey! I think Posh took care of it because they cancelled my order before I could change your rating. Did you get refunded too? And honestly I loves those shoes, so I would love to still get them if there’s another pair! But how would you have two used pairs of the same shoes? Also I really appreciate your time and care and I’m sorry this happened ❤️
