neptual I sent you some lovely red shoes, my photos were true. I question how the product was handled by the post office. In the future if you are unhappy with a product you could use the problem/inquiry button to work it out or even get your money returned instead of slamming the seller with a low rating. It’s a more kind way to work out the issue.

yayakai @neptual I don't feel like I was slamming you with my rating since it's based on my perception of the shoes. In my review I even noted that I liked the shoes. I have been in contact with customer support regarding this issue. I understand these are used shoes and didn't expect them to look brand new.

neptual @yayakai it’s not what you said, it was the star rating. I had to do something very similar with a product I received, but I gave the seller 4 stars, she mailed the items expeditiously, and took care to wrap the items so credit was given for the positive part and since I still wanted to keep the items and saw no intent to be untruthful I gave the four stars with suggestions.

robinjcarey @yayakai - Hello - I just checked the tracking on your package and it indicates, “Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location.” I’m not sure what that means. Have you had that happen before? Perhaps they will attempt to deliver again on Monday?

yayakai @robinjcarey Hi, the package is being delivered to my mom's condo. To get to her door she has to buzz people in. Usually packages are left on the counter in the entry way of the building. I've been tracking the package too. I appreciate you doing that as well.
