bmcgu Just purchased a pair of black heels from you, Brenda McGuire. Love the shoes but if you have more of them you need to know that the ankle strap is made for someone who has an elephant ankle. My husband will Have to put a new hole in each strap and I will purchase Velcro to keep the straps against the shoe. Just thought you might like to know.

luvheelsandhose Hi. There were problems with 2 of the pairs out of the 6 pairs I bundled, paid and received. I love and wanted to keep 4 pairs and reconcile the two bad pairs, but Poshmark said I can't do that and I was forced/required to return all 6 pairs (which I didn't want to do). I put a note on each of the 4 pairs I would like to repurchase and get back. Could you let me know when you'll relist those 4 pairs? Thank you so much❣️💋

I bundled 3 items (no discount) and you sent 1 pair of incorrect shoes and now they are telling me I have to return the entire order? i want the correct shoes i paid for so can you send them? and i just return the weird kids pair that came? or how can we correct this without having to send back shoes that i DO want? help please!!
