abizu89 @ayofemi1 if you go to “my purchase” and click on the shoes and click “problems” click “ not as described” they would ask to provide pictures and once they accept view then they will sent a prepaid return label

ayofemi1 @abizu89 I went through the steps but there was no way to upload not sure if cos it says it has been delivered. the only option it gave for submission was under" item not delivered" then I click "submit" that was the only one that allowed a submit button. Not sure if that will work for them to send the label or not. Can you send a full email so I can send the pictures? or if there's another way this can be sorted, please let me know. Thank you for the prompt responses.

abizu89 @ayofemi1 hello if you clicked on “not delivered” they will not sent you a label to return the item since it was never delivered for then so at this point just need to wait for their response
