Hello! I apologize for the late shipping I have sent the hat your way last Saturday! I tracked the number today and didn’t come up in the system and so I called USPS to see where it’s at. They said it hasn’t been scanned yet but the package is on it’s way to the Oakland facility. Hopefully you’ll get it within this week! I really apologize for the delay.

@ayumim thank you! I just called again and the USPS hasn’t scanned the item yet and told me that if it’s not scanned by the end of the week, it could be lost so I should file a complaint. I’m so sorry! I’ll let you know if any updates this weekend but I just wanted you to know I am trying the best I can..!

@ayumim I am also calling today to the USPS, since I filed a complaint to the Poshmark service assistance and they told me to call again after 26th and if not reach out to them once more. Last week they said the package could be lost but it will eventually get there, although it might take weeks. Track# is 9405 5108 9935 9410 1817 12.

When the item is dropped off at a USPS local office, they don’t scan it until it is collected in the second location hub which in my area is in Oakland. This is what I have been told by the staff at the local office I dropped off at, which is in Hayward. I am grateful if you can have your mother look into it as well. I know it has been frustrating and I am very disappointed in this situation as well!

I’ll see if there’s a way to take off money from the listing so you pay less for the pants or I’ll ask posh support if there’s a way to refund so you pay less to me for the pants of what I end up owing you to ship them back. Once I know how to go about that I will mail out the correct pants to you. I’m SO SO SORRY about this!
