Hi! I was hoping you could give me more info on what I could improve. You rated 4 stars with I could improve on packaging and description. The item you purchased (NWT Ralph Lauren jacket $128- purchased for $28) was in its original Ralph Lauren plastic packaging, including hangar. Description was direct from the Ralph Lauren website. I would love if you could tell me what you were unhappy about. Thank you!
