@shir_zan It has a half slip - ends at mid thigh so it will show silhouette of your legs. The lace is soft and I don't think it is easy to tear. I've bought low quality lace in the past and they are super itchy. This is not one of those. Anyway - u can take your time. I'll pack it back up this weekend if I don't hear from ya ;)

@nipmuc ahhhhh! My heart! I recently wore the beautiful linen piece I bought from you and thought of your kindness and sweet note and how special that exchange was. Sadly, my mother and I bought tickets, gifts, and told the family but last minute decided it wasn’t safe for us since the government is recently cracking down on Bahai’s entering and exiting the country (Baha’i is the religion my family and I belong to and it is also the reason we faced so much persecution in Iran).

@nipmuc We were worried the Iranian government was not gonna let us exit and take our passports since they recently di . I’m still so sad about it. My aunt decided to push through and still go and she recently got back in the states safe and sound so I regret listening to my mom and being cautious but I also trust her intuition. Thank you for thinking of me. I often think of you too. And am hopeful I will return on day d that to someone on my dad’s side of the family.

Aunt was able to go and thankfully return. The
climate here, there, and everywhere is so unstable, it’s frightening. I have a friend that is Baha’i and I know the tenets are so beautiful,
and what all Mankind should be seeking. My Dad was in USAF and we lived in Libya from
1953-1959. It was after the war and a beautiful

The Americans, Arabs, Italians, Greeks, British, etc. all lived together in Harmony. About 10 yrs.
after we came back to the States everyone was kicked out and the rest is history. I was in Majorca in the early 80’s and wanted to revisit my childhood memories but I never would have been able to get in or out. Years after that I was in Trinidad for a month and the week I was scheduled to leave there was a Coup! I couldn’t
leave for a week, and the Airport was under siege.
