You sent it to the wrong address. Poshmark sent you the wrong address. I moved and updated my address with poshmark before I purchased your bag but they still sent you the outdated one. Check your email to see if you got any emails from poshmark on this issue.

I haven't got any emails for poshmark about the issue. It's not my fault that they sent me the wrong address. I believe the post office will send it back to me within 14-21 days. I'm sure you can pick it up at the post office or something.

It's not my fault either. And I cannot pick it up as I have moved 4 states away. Email poshmark and complain. I have sent them several emails complaining about this issue. I sent them an email recently demanding a refund and cancelling the transaction as it is their error. Maybe if you do the same they'll do something about this. It sucks for both of us if they don't...

Agreed. They keep emailing me to reschedule delivery. Everytime it gets redelivered it's sent to an empty apartment. I already told them that with the new month a new tenant may move in at which point a redelivery would become a "welcome to the neighborhood" gift. No Bueno. And there is no customer service number to call :(

Hi,
Did you hear anything? I tried having it redelivered to my new apt but nothing has come. I told them that you are getting the real short end of the stick as you didn't get paid and you don't have the bag anymore. I'm sorry this happened but to be honest I'm screwed too as they took my money out as soon as I got it and I don't have a bag or my money. You should at least get the money as we wait till usps figures this out. I hope they do as I really need a running bag.
