Hi, received your 3 star rating for packing, could you please explain to me what did I do wrong so that I can improve? Blouse was nicely folded, put in a sealed clear polybag and then in a small new box. No tissue, ribbons or thank you note added, could the be the problem?

@karycollins when you fold a silky blouse that small, it wrinkles it terribly. I'll have to get it dry cleaned/steamed to be able to wear it. 😳
