abkphan @bigspender28 hi I’m so sorry you have that problem. I never used the lock so I didn’t know about this. The keys were always left in the bag. So sorry!

bigspender28 @abkphan Would you happen to have proof of purchase so I can give the store information ? They are trying to help me but need proof of purchase information in order to allow me to contact someone about a padlock replacement.

abkphan @bigspender28 hi sorry I didn’t get back sooner. I was trying to see if I could get a receipt from the original owner, but couldn’t. I never used the keys after purchase and never removed it from the bag. I would imagine just a good form of good customer service, they would replace it since it is authentic and it is their brand.

abkphan @bigspender28 sometimes some associates are nicer than others. I bought a YSL bag from Saks and my associate ordered me a new one immediately when I showed her a problem with the bag. Posh emailed me releasing the funds. Did they do anything for you?
