23rd_n_vine Barb--I read your last resp. I'm not trying to dismiss you at all. I have no power to refund. Posh takes $ and when they release it, they take 20% from me. They still have the $. You can file for a refund. They'll want pics as evidence. I won't get paid, you'll return item & I think they credit you. (not sure). If they want to withhold from me, I'll not fight it, & hope that you're happy. That's the best I can do. On my end, I can give you add'l $5 another item. :) That's all I can do :)

23rd_n_vine Barb--I tried to explain the process to you twice. You do have recourse. You do have the right to not be happy and/or dispute charges. I did not write the terms for Poshmark, but I follow the rules and do what I can. When you agree to use Posh you are agreeing to follow the process too. It's not "on" you. It's the proper steps. I have been honest, & tried to be helpful. I care. I have gone beyond what I'm supposed to do in offering personal credit. I'm sorry that's not good enough.
