bruce4664 @gregfraunhoffer Hi Greg. I like them as well, and appreciate your generous offer. I don’t believe I can let them go for that, at present. Maybe come Spring if you’re still interested and they have not sold, I’d be willing to accept. That’s a price so very far below retail, and not even 50% of retail for brand new Gucci’s. No harm in asking. But I’m going to wait for $400. Thanks, Greg!

bruce4664 @gregfraunhoffer Apologies, Heather! I called you Greg. I must read more attentively. I think I’ll wait for, at minimum, $400. I’m new to Posh (a few months) and, again not the best reader, was a bit surprised at their “cut” of the seller’s price. The pricier an item the more from it Posh feels entitled—it’s the same platform for a $10 item or a $1000 item. Seems a bit greedy? I appreciate the business model but feel a bit jaded by their demands. Thanks for reading, Heather. ☺️

bruce4664 @gregfraunhoffer Hi Heather. As described, I’m a bit horrified at what percentage Posh extracts. If you can go to $400, they are yours right now. Otherwise I’ll wait until Spring rolls around. They’re $800 new. And, they are new, in box, never worn. You’re lovely to text with. Posh wants way too much out of them.

gregfraunhoffer Hi Bruce. I received the beautiful driving shoes. My husband came home last night I had him try them on. They are definitely too big. He is always a size 10 I never buy him any other size and size 10 so I’m not quite sure but they are definitely too big they are sliding off of him is there any way that you would return them I will pay for the shipping back I am so sorry Heather

bruce4664 @gregfraunhoffer Heather! Of course. So sad they didn’t fit. Can Posh refund your entire $350? They took a whopping $70 out of the price reimbursement, or 20%, which, frankly, turns me off. I have a $3700 tux worn by me once, it’s stunning. On the shoes, I’m out of pocket for the next three weeks. Can you wait until then? In the meantime see if you can get all your monies back with a return I agree to!

gregfraunhoffer @bruce4664 yes I agree, too much commission for selling! That’s why it is so much more difficult to negotiate a price because seller has to pay so much and the buyer has to pay tax an shipping, so it jacks up prices! Lol ! Thanks so much, yes I can wait, no problem. I wish they would have fit him they are beautiful! Just let me know ! I think you have to tell poshmark you are accepting a return and they should reimburse your fee as well! Thanks again Heather
