Hi. Your art went out today. Sorry it took so long, but the weight and shape/size of it posed a problem. I had to pay, I think it was $22.50 for 10 pounds and had to buy a box from UPS, which they packed it and made the box too large and because the box was heavy, the post office wouldn't take it for the size and weight, which was over 10 pounds and Poshmark won't take anything larger. My husband actually cut down the box and made it smaller. Took him over an hour! Because of this....

@bobak64 Hi. I’m so sorry about the broken glass. I wish Poshmark would allow us to resolve this in a way that would be agreeable to both of us. Would you want to keep it for a reduced price? You can certainly have the glass made for it. But they don’t allow that. Sorry the USPS damaged it. Thank you. Diane

@bobak64 If Poshmark tells you to return it to me, please don’t. Why don’t you tell them you decided to accept it as is? Then you will pay for it and I will get the money for it minus Poshmark’s 20% and then I’ll send you a check for $15? I am an honest person and will send you the check. Thank you. Diane
