I have been selling/buying on PM for well over 10 years and they are so good to buyers. For example if you were to buy something from me and when you received it, it was not as exactly as described

rustybush @c_mezzacappa (let’s say it has been opened/used or maybe I sent you the wrong shade or product by mistake basically if I mailed you anything that wasn’t 100% as it was described in the listing) you would open a case and no matter what Posh is going to be issuing you a refund within 48hrs tops. They always make sure the buyer is issued a refund, even if the buyer is incorrect bc they rather lose money on refunds than lose buyers, which is a great policy and I agree with that.

rustybush @c_mezzacappa they are so notoriously good about refunding buyers that a lot of buyers have caught onto this and have started to scam a little bit because they know that if they just open a case, they know that they can not only be refunded, but be able to keep the item as well so posh will pay out both me and the refund. I don’t get paid until you’ve not only received your order but verified that the order is as described and you’re happy with it and acknowledge

rustybush @c_mezzacappa all this to say and try to reassure you that your money is very safe here regardless of who you purchased from me or somebody else if you were to get a fraudulent or incorrect item or are just unhappy with your purchase Posh is refunding your money within one to two days tops… I promise so shop confidently there is no way to scam or screw over a buyer and it’s one of the reasons I love Posh so much

rustybush @c_mezzacappa as far as my make up goes all my products is 100% brand new authentic make up products that I have never been open to use or ‘swatched’ if you go to my profile and click on about, you can scroll down and see I’ve sold tens of thousands pieces of makeup, I have 100s of ‘love notes’ from my past buyers to testify to that!

rustybush @c_mezzacappa I actually work for a large beauty company and I’m able to purchase product at a good discount and then pass that discount onto my buyers so all my make up is purchased for resale purposes only directly from the company/brand there is no way for me to tamper/water down or self fraudulent make up It is very easy to spot when you know what you’re to look for
