vickihuffman Hi Bailey, my name is Vicki Huffman, I also sell on Poshmark. Have you sold a purse to Latoya48203 that she complained smelled? I sold her a purse that she has filed a complaint on. She states it isn’t as pictured. I saw your message to her on her Posh picture. I am wondering what happened with your sale. I have no problem giving her a refund but my concern is she won’t return the purse that I sent to her. I would really appreciate if you could contact me.

baileyahamm @vickihuffman Hi! Best I can remember she kept it and I didn’t have to refund. It wasn’t a true leather so once it was out of the box for awhile the smell went away!! So I guess that made it ok with her! Hope this helps!

vickihuffman @baileyahamm thank you. She claimed the purse wasn’t as pictured but her picture wasn’t of my purse. She said she complained about your purse because it smelled like smoke and old houses. I offered a refund, no problem. She had already ordered another one of my purses. She is going to turn it into her credit card for a refund and she can keep the purse.
