luckgood @amandasce51344 Hello. The Livie device that was sold to this Posher was defective. I purchased it for myself and never got around to using it. Because, someone gave me one as a gift. The defective one was sent back to the company and they replaced it with a brand new one. New device is in good working order and was tested before being posted for sale. behein @amandasce51344 the one I got was defective but they did take the return and were very helpful when I was trying to trouble shoot it with the livia people.
