mashy99 I sent you the wrong package. I sent two out the other day and the person who purchased Cole Haan bags got your earrings. I am so sorry. I have never done this before. I’m waiting to hear back from Poshmark on what to do. You’ll receive a package, but it will be the Cole Haan bags. Again, I’m sorry and will let you know what to do.

mashy99 @baileybarnhart Hi again, this was the email I got from Poshmark.... "Thanks for reaching out to us. We understand that accidents happen and can assure you that we have a process in place to assist our users. We ask that you inform your buyer that upon delivery of their order, they open a formal case stating the items are not as described. Once the case is opened, our team will work with both the buyer and the seller to find a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved."

mashy99 Once you are able to, open a formal case and state it was not the item you ordered. I am hoping poshmark will send you and the other person new mailing slips to send your items to each other. Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience.
