Not sure what a ‘house hole’ is but the boots you lowballed me on were described accurately. If they were THAT bad you should have opened a case. Its literally always the broke people that leave erroneous ratings🙄

@glamaste hole in the right corner on the left shoe. They said great condition, I thought that maybe that meant, no holes? My bad, I guess we just have different standards. 🤷🏻♀️ Not a cheap ass either. But I also wouldn’t sell trash. 🤣
