lillygonzalez71 Hi Bambi, I just wanted to let you know that the dress looked Ruby Red to me but when I was wrapping it it kind of played tricks on me not sure if it was the lighting... it looked Ruby Red then a very dark fushia but not sure cause then it looked red again 😳 if you don’t like the color if it’s not what you were looking for you can always return❤️ I just want you to be a Happy Customer... vivianneb I noticed on the tracking for the L.L. Bean skirt you purchased that it's being returned to sender. Can you tell me why? Poshmark doesn't do returns. I can't refund you.

vivianneb @b33g Yes, I received it today. There's a sticker on it that says return to sender unable to forward. I think you'll have to contact poshmark at this point. Maybe you used the wrong address?

vivianneb @b33g So, I decided to contact Poshmark and this is what I wrote them: My buyer's package was returned to me as "Unable to Forward." I contacted buyer, and heard back from her today. She doesn't understand why. Please see attached photo of envelope. How do we fix this so she can get her item?
