Hi! I think everything is resolved on the case and you should be getting a label to return the shoes. The only option I had was to accept it as a return though (no exchange option). Of course if you still want the shoes a l can relist them. Just let me know.

I will mail the Carson shoes back tomorrow (they are cute too!). I have asked Customer Support if there is a process for handling an exchange. I’ll let you know what they tell me.

So...I actually really like the Carson shoes. I haven't sent them back yet. What if I make you a reasonable offer on those and once you accept, I just keep them and you send me the Cindy's? Kind of like bundling. I only have until today to return the shoes or they are considered accepted (or I still have an option to accept the order), then the return label gets voided. I think this would be a win-win for both of us...please let me know as soon as you can if this works for you.

I can reduce the price to $16 from the listed $20 and Poshmark will offer reduced shipping fee (in the past fee was between $3.99-$4.99 vs $7.11).
