lenaflo @callada74 hi Barb! I wanted to follow up on your order inquiry. The ring is in fact NOT missing a stone. That silly little hole up at the top (also pictured on the pandora website ring) is to make the crystals form a “perfect” heart. I thought the same thing when I was gifted it, and I took it into the store and they were the ones to inform me. So please make sure you check with them but I promise the stone is not missing.
