Hi Barb! This is Ellyn - you had bought a pair of lululemon Tight Stuff Tights (version 2) from me last week. I think I accidentally swapped your order with another order, because another buyer messaged me to say she received your item. Rest assured I am working with Poshmark to resolve this.

I think your package is out for delivery today. If you receive it, could you let me know what pair of leggings you have? I am pretty sure I accidentally sent you a plain black pair of lulu crops with pockets on the side. If so, that's what the other buyer bought, so I think it should be an easy swap that Poshmark will handle. Please let me know when you can, and I sincerely apologize for the mixup! I will get you your leggings ASAP!

@barbabro Okay, good to know. Thank you so much for letting me know. There’s a case opened with Poshmark right now from the other buyer and I told them I accidentally swapped the orders. It usually takes about a day or two for them to respond, so I think they will be in touch. For now hold onto them and I will let you know next steps! Again I am SO sorry for the mixup!

@barbabro Hi Barb! So it looks like the next step is for you to open a case for the leggings and Poshmark can connect the two cases to send you each a shipping label. If you go to My Purchases and find the order, then go to Order Inquiry, Order Not As Described, Received Incorrect Item, it will open a case. From there I believe Poshmark should be in touch but I will let you know further details when I have them! Thank you so much for your patience!

@barbabro Hi Barb! So Poshmark got in touch with me and they are emailing both you and Kristen (the other buyer who was shipped your leggings) a prepaid shipping label so you can send the correct order to each other. Basically a swap. So keep an eye out for that email and you can just ship the leggings you received right to her and she is doing the same for you.
