marveylust Rather than leave 2 stars, why not return it at no cost??? I didn’t realize it was broken or I would not have sent it and if it broke in shipment maybe I could have wrapped it better or maybe it was handled terrible. If you look at my ratings and comments I do well and take great care. There is a anothe tbutton for problems rather than to just be mad like I purposefully sent you a broken item. Why would you keep it and not get reimbursed??? Please explain why you chose to take this course.

marveylust I’ve contacted support. The bad comment and low rating hurts me and there was no need for it as returns are for reimbursement and to help you get your money back or a replacement. Why would you choose to assume I sent you a broken item on purpose? Why would you leave anyone a bad comment and low rating when there are options?Please photo the palette and you can still get a return as I have contacted Poshmark to intervene. Thank you.

marveylust @brann66 I am very sorry about it being broken. I haven’t had a single mishap like that and I thought maybe I forgot to wrap it securely. I know what it’s like to have those shadows arrive broken as that has happened to me. Thank you for changing it as that is very kind of you. And if it doesn’t work please consider a return even though it’s cleaned up as you said, you shouldn’t be unhappy with it. And I can give a partial refund as well if you contact them🤗
