cristimarashi Hi. I saw you just gave me a 1 star review on an item you purchased& said you did not receive. I assure you it was shipped out the day after you ordered and since you accepted it to give me the one star rating it says it was delivered so I can't check the tracking on it. I would have opened a case if I were you as it may have been lost in the mail. I am so sorry to hear that it didn't get to you. Maybe you can contact customer service and let them know it didn't get to you?

fashionfauxpas Hi barb My apologies for the delay. Usually i.only am able to mail stuff thurs and fri I was supposed to have a reduced work wk. Sadly it was opposite 50 hrs in days. This is my 1st night off so I was also checking to see if u wanted me to cancel and relist as a bundle so you only pay shipping 1 time instead of 3 as well as i have a bundle discount. So you would save about $20 if u bundle. But that would require u 2 buy again

We always get a sample bag first and inspect it and even use it for a week or two to make sure it holds up before we commit to purchasing from a mfg. I'm so glad you like it. That style was a bestseller for us in our store last year.
