@barbbaker467 So this is what you do....if you want to list anything as ‘not for sale’ go into edit. Scroll down to availability. You will see that it says ‘for sale’. Click on that and it will give you the option of putting ‘not for sale’ on that item. I found that out with much trial and error. Lol.
