@babibarbie oh.. I'm not a zero anymore... if I REALLY TR Y I can squeeze into a 3... I swear the day I turned 30 it became impossible to lose weight.. I used to be able to way anything i want....all I have to do its look at food and I gain weightπ§

@babibarbie make sure to drink lots of water! But NOT right after you eat (or during)... it actually dilutes the stomach acid and make digestion more difficult

@babibarbie oh.... when I say size 3.... that's me being in complete denial... I can squeeze into a pair of REALLY REALLY stretchy size 3 jeans..... I'm closer to a 5 or 7. And what's worse is that im super short.... π like 5'1"...
