penelope00 Hello Barbara. I just want to let you know that I sent out the purse on Wednesday and for some reason they haven't scanned it. I contacted Posh and haven't heard back from them yet. I took it to work and the mail lady did indeed pick it up so I am not sure what is going on. I would have asked her this morning if I would have know that it wasn't registering. Please be patient. It will arrive..... Sorry for all the trouble. ~Jill
