treasures2luv Barbara, Hi from a recent first time buyer in your closet. I gave the purchase of a Crazy Horse hooded loose sweater 5 stars, but now that I try the sweater on using the zipper instead of pulling it over my head zipped, I experienced an issue with it. I can see from the fabric that the teeth of the zipper have bitten into the opposite side fabric in two main places near the bottom. Is there anything you can do about this since I already accepted the order? Thank you. Monica

newtoyoumarket @treasures2luv Hi Monica! I’m sorry you’re having problems with the sweater. The zipper was fine while I had it; in fact I even tested the zipper when I took the pictures. If you don’t think you can wear it, I would encourage you to reposh it or give it to someone else. I’d be willing to give you 20% off any other sweater in my closet if you’d like.

treasures2luv @newtoyoumarket Yes, I know about Reposhing, thank you. Since there’s almost always negotiations when setting a price, the 20% is too arbitrary. Ex: You might list a sweater at $50 in your closet, then accept $24. So I’d fare better buying one without the offered discount, but thank you. By the way, I didn’t mention that the zipper doesn’t work. It catches at the angle I needed it at to zip it. Again, the proof is in the corresponding bite marks of missing fabric.
