barb4300 @kristinabruce I understand you're new at this, so am I. I think the right thing to do is to take the pants back and refund the cost. The homemade slits, along with the unrepairable hole make these pants unwearable to me. I still haven't accepted the offer because I'd like to get this worked out. Thanks!! Happy Saturday!!
