Barbara, I am so sorry the item had discoloration. I want to refund your money. You shouldn't have to purchase something that is sub- standard. I sent email to PM for instructions on how to refund. I'll get back to you when I hear from them. Cindy

@barbn1223 @barbn1223 you're a blessing. Thank you. There is only two stains on the bottom of one of the smaller duffel bags which is the only. I'll post a new listing of the pics so you can see, but I want you to know if we can't get it out, if you would like to, I'll include another item totally free to account for it. Any listed or I also have a Longchamp tote which I'll include in listing too (you'd get whole set plus item), hopefully we get it out 😫

It's a three hour drive so definitely need to know, or I can take the bag to dry cleaners and just ship a wee late? I'll do that anyway today after work if they can do it overnight 👊

@thedoanut is it the same pattern? If so, will take it. If it is another pattern, then let’s see if the cleaners can get the stain out. It’s ok to send later since you’re working so hard to clean them up!
