mrsbobwright @bmoreno79403 - Barbara, below is the email that I sent to PoshMark support a few minutes ago. Hopefully this will get some kind of a response from them. I am contacting you yet again on two orders that I sold to a woman by the name of Barbara Moreno (bmoreno97403). The order numbers are 5aa33798f8637d69e2c6ebb1 (Orbis necklace) and 5aa337683b5f82e0dde0b583 (Orbis earrings).

mrsbobwright Ms. Moreno asked that I ship the necklace and earrings to A different address than what I am receiving on my mailing labels. The new address is Barbara Moreno, 1802 Hartford Ave., Lubbock, TX 79409. I initially contacted you and asked for your help in getting new labels. You (Joseph) asked me to contact Mrs. Moreno and have her contact you. I did this and she told me she did, and that she changed her default mailing address to the new address.

mrsbobwright This was several days ago and I have yet to receive the new mailing labels (Which I have requested several times). I do not want to lose the sale, but I am not going to take the risk of sending this expensive jewelry to an address that is not protected by your policies nor do I wish to pay for the mailing when Poshmark is supposed to send me prepaid labels. Can you please tell me how to proceed?
