@sweetclyn Hello, Thank-you for the letting me know. My post office is very behind on package delivery. I will be able to pickup without requesting assistance. I am not sure why they are flagged this way but it's something new I noticed since mid December with my post office. I will go tomorrow and check if it's ready for pickup.
