@wanneb I was wondering if you wouldn't mind checking your email for the tracking number from when you sent the purse back. I sent inquiries to USPS & it was marked "delivered" a while back to me, but I never got it! If you could take the time I would really appreciate it, also I am really sorry about the defect, I just started on Posh & I didn't notice the defect as it was in my closet for years.
