Hi Barbara! I am so sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I aim to ship items as quickly as possible, but since I am a registered nurse who works 12 hour night shifts I had to ship the next day. The shoes should have also been very clean as they were never worn and lived in a box in my closet for a year. I’m so sorry and hope that you will continue to use poshmark in the future. With respect if you have no intention of sending a legitimate offer please shop elsewhere. I have put a lot of time, energy and love into the things I list. Barbara, I am really sorry you were not happy with your purchase. If you were not happy, I wish you had not accepted the package. Unlike eBay, once a package is accepted, no price adjustments can be made. Once you accepted delivery under Posh will not refunds or make any adjustments. This is Posh’s policy! The shoes were cleaner when I shipped, than they were when I took pictures, I cleaned and conditioned them before packaging.

Thank you for your offer but $8.00 is as low as I can go especially after Poshmark's fees. Sales tax, Income tax. Shipping supplies. Gas to and from the post office. Shipping supplies. Let alone the 25 minutes it takes to photograph the item and list it, not to mention that these gorgeous capris were $35 new. Hope you understand. Have a nice evening💕

I got your rating and while I'm sorry you're not happy, it's not fair to give a negative rating for something I don't control! I'm new to PM and 3 stars ruins my average. You said item didn't fit as expected/wasn't sized right. The shoes had pic of the size. I can't control if a shoe fits you, so why blame me? I hope you reconsidering the rating, as I know sent a beautiful shoes, gift wrapped, & a gift. I put a lot of care in the items I sell & send. You hurt my rating & my feelings!

I dropped your white twill jacket in the drop box in the post office on Friday, 10/5. It should have started tracking on Saturday. It didn't. Our post office just opened up after the hurricane. So, they may be behind in processing all the mail. That's a guess, but if it doesn't start tracking Monday, I'll go up to the post office and find out the deal. I apologize for any inconvenience. Hi there. I received your offer. I’m out and about but before we go any further, I’d like to go home and measure the skirt for you before you consider buying. Being vintage it’s older and I’m noticing that the older clothes seem to run smaller. To me it’s not equivalent as today’s 14 Petite, if that makes any sense. I don’t want to be held responsible for something not fitting. I should have included the measurement already especially with it being older.
