56barbie @pittypatsporch1 good morning. I have a question about my user ID. They have me as 56batbie and it should be 56barbie. I can’t figure out how to change it. Any suggestions?

pittypatsporch1 @56batbie I would first try contacting Posh Support on your homepage. Be prepared to wait a few days for they are slow. They may tell you to close your Closet, then open a new one with the correct name. Before you do that take a screenshot/s of your followers so you can find them again. Also, they may just change a letter in your Closet name. I just don’t know. Never had this question before. Keep me updated. I will ❤️ your Closet so I can find you again. Patti

pittypatsporch1 @56batbie I just went to Frequently Asked Questions on my homepage. I asked it how to change name of my Closet. So it can be done without getting Support Center into it. Follow directions step by step. Patti

pittypatsporch1 @56barbie I started 4 1/2 years ago when my grand daughter said I needed to clean out my own closet at home. She did my first listing- a pair of Jack Rogers sandals - and I have not looked back since. So long story short, start with your stuff, decide on your niche for now, learn the ropes and afk me anything you need to know. I will help. Patti
