I am so sorry the necklace arrived tangled! I always kept that piece hanging never laid it down just to avoid that. I always pack extra well but it is a gamble with the post office. Have a good weekend!

Hi Barbara. I just saw you rated my boots lower. I’m really sorry, I haven’t worn those boots in over 2 years, and I don’t remember having any issues with the zipper on the left one. They’ve been kept in storage in my closet in a cloth bag, and no one else has worn them, but I want to make this right.
