kniget I want the bag so bad.I thought I could try to go to a thrift store and try buying a used bag I could canabalize the rigid bottom outof and use the bottom of this one as a stencil for a stiff rigid bottom. Or I might try buying some foam core board and some colored duck tape and stilllusing other bent one for template. I want to try but was wondering, considering it shouldnt have been bent in first place..if you would consider refunding me $10 so I could cover my cost to repair/ rework it.If you

jerrycocoo @kniget You created a case with poshmark mark to return it, and it was approved do to insufficient packaging. I have not received any money for your purchase. You did not accept the bag, you started a case with poshmark so I never received any money for it!

kniget Oh no....I really goofed. I am so sorry. What do I do to fix this? Are you Ok with a partial refund of ten? Should i ask them to close the case thing so you can get paid...then I will wait for the ten back from you? I feel awful....I will do whatever it takes to fix this.I am still figuring out how to contact you. I only know enough on the computer to be dangerous. Please, any help would be great.

jerrycocoo @kniget If you no longer want to return the bag I think you need to contact customer service because the return case is already closed. The way poshmark works is the buyer is charged, once the buyer says they received the product the seller receives the money. When you asked for a return the money was put on hold while the case was reviewed.

jerrycocoo When you started a case to return the money was put on hold while the case was being reviewed. Now they have approved the return so as soon as I receive the bag you will get refunded. If you changed your mind you need to contact them again.

kniget I sent an email ( hopefully) to Poshmark this morning at the contact us place. I asked them if we could cancel the return as you and I have come to a compromise. It says they will try and respond soon as possible unless weekend. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.Again...I am so so sorry for this. My inexperience leaves me feeling very dumb and very sorry to you for not knowing how to contact you and avoiding this inconvenience to you. Barbara

kniget Hi. as per what poshmark told me in an email...I didnt respond on purpose so they would close the case and release the $$ to you. I had emailed them & told them we reached a compromise. The told me they couldn' do that,so the best I could do was to ignore the deadline they gave me so they will release all the money to you and hope you will refund some back.It looks like the picture I sent of the bottom I "created" showed up.I just cant figure Poshmark out.I am having a devil of a time getting ba

kniget any way, it looks like they closed it now so hopefully you will get your money soon. i think my "hand crafted" bottom will work...but I do feel I shouldnt have had to make something.
