barginsherry I apologize you didn't get your package. It tracked and said delivered. I was disappointed, I put a bracelet, same set in blue, and a couple other butterfly items. I was shocked to get one star. Please report the package is the post office or poshmark. After it is dropped off and scanned it is beyond my control. I do have a duplicate set. I will mail if you please remove the 1 star rating.

Thank you so much for your concern about a delivery problem . Because now I just want my money back..

barginsherry @butterflygabby if you file a claim Poshmark they will reimburse you. I sent you a entire box full. Bracelet, orange & blue, pendants. Go in under order and file a loss claim. It's part of their guarantee. I want you to be happy. I will send you the other set free of charge regular mail.

barginsherry @butterflygabby it's frustrating, this is the second time in a week this has happened to me. Tracked, said delivered, and they never got it. Poshmark gave both of us our money.

I am sorry you had such a bad experience with my closet, do to the fact post office delivered it to the wrong address. If we do business again maybe I can earn more than one star.
