I’ve been in touch with Poshmark to try to get a new label to send the correct item, but they haven’t followed through yet.

It might help if you open a case once you receive it—you don’t even need to open it. Just add a picture of the package with your claim and state that I informed you that I shipped the wrong item. So sorry!

@ervinbarb no problem! You’ll need to go to the account page, then My Purchases. Then click on the order. When the order detail screen comes up, choose Problem/Order Inquiry and then Order Not as Described. Then you’ll be asked for a photo and short description. You can just say the seller contacted you to let you know to expect the wrong item and is ready to ship the correct item.

@ervinbarb You should have received a printable return label in your email. You’ll want to send back the item soon—I don’t know how many days the limit is, but if you wait too long, Poshmark will cancel the return. They won’t issue a refund until I receive the item.

@ervinbarb Unfortunately, they won’t just give me a new label to send the correct item but will instead cancel the sale and refund you once I receive the incorrect item back. If you still want the dress, we’ll have to do a new order then.

@restylerestore my problem is I don’t have a car and I didn’t have a printer to print off the label. Then my phone got fried and stopped working and I just got a new phone. This is taking forever I know. I wanted to let you know what is going on.

If you can get someone to print the label for you (just forward them the email with the return label) or perhaps print it at the library, you can schedule a free package pickup from home with USPS. If you can’t get the label printed, you can forward it to me. I can print it and mail it to you.

Hello. Thank you for your offer on the freshwater pearls. I accepted by mistake because I have several orders and pushed the wrong one. I wish I could accept your offer however after fees I lose $30. The absolute lowest I can sell them for is $375.

There are a lot of posts on here where people are saying freshwater pearls and selling for very low prices and most are not real, are only one strand and very worn, and almost all not solid gold as well. The ones you have asked for $150 are 3 strands, brand new, 100% real pearls and solid gold. I’m happy to also do a bundle for an extra 20% off if you add another item and I can deal slightly more on the pearls or I can accept $375. 👍🏻👍🏻🙏 thank you so much. Sorry for the confusion.
