blreibman1948 @soriag i do have a question! Thank you. I sold a betsey Johnson dress. I noticed a state in on it on the side as I was packing it. I would never send any item not perfect. I notified the buyer. I will reduce it 50% if she’s interested. How do we do this? How does she get a refund? I want all customers to be happy!🥰

blreibman1948 Poshmark sent me a notice that they cancelled the whole sale. They removed all payment on my end. They should be sending a return label. I’m sincerely sorry it didn’t fit and work out. It’s has to be a common occurrence shopping online. I’m sure they don’t accommodate partial returns. Best of luck with your job interview on Friday.

blreibman1948 I’m very glad. I think it’s gorgeous too. I’ll measure the light gray dress. It’s a sheath but you want the shoulders to fit. It’s also classic and a stunning dress. BTW years ago I went down the Snake River in a raft for 5 days! Camping by the river. It was a fantastic learning experience. I never learned about the Nez Perce native Americans until then.

petulaforbrian Barbara, I have received all. so sorry to have worried you so. I had to make an emergency trip to Indiana as my father was just put in a nursing home. The covid lock down for him, living alone at 91 drove home to moderate dementia. He could no longer live alone and I had to dispose of his belongings in his apartment. It's been a very emotional and tiring time for me. The second box came while was gone. All is great with the order and I thank you for your concern.

blreibman1948 Thank you sorry much for telling me. I felt so badly. So sorry about your dad. I went through a very similar situation and had to put my mom in a home at age 97. She was there two years and I flew back at forth every two months for 2 1/2 years. We do everything we can. ❣️
