I packaged my items the same exact way Free People packages theirs, so if you would have ordered this from Free People, then the same thing would have happened. I try to package my things up well and this scrunchie was already in a protective sleeve, so I’m not sure how else I could have helped to make it so you didn’t cut it. If you have any suggestions for me that would be great because I would like to improve this
