graham02 Hi Barbara! I hope this is the correct way to contact you. I apologize, I'm new to this. Unfortunately I was unable to ship your order out on Saturday because of an issue I had with the shipping label that was sent to me. I contacted customer support while I was at the postal service and waited on a response so that I could hopefully get the items shipped out to you by Saturday. Customer support did get back with me but unfortunately I'm not sure they understood my problem. They sent me a label

graham02 continued. 5 lbs. USPS weighed it at 16 lbs. Customer service sent me another label for 10 pounds but canceled the 5 lb. label which I was going to use both the 5 and 10 lb labels to make it works possible, I contacted them again but it being the weekend they did not respond until last night. They advised me to cancel my order and post it again in three different listing to cover shipping, I reached out to them to see if they could just send me another 5 lb. label.
