lizroseberry Hi Barbara, I want to be completely honest why I cancelled the three embroidered pillows you ordered. First, this new "HOME" category is new just this week and I honestly did not stop to think about the shipping aspects. I could not find a box big enough so I would have to purchase a box and on top of that I would have to pay $19.95 for shipping because of the over 5 pound rule.

lizroseberry A box and the pillows weighed 10 pounds. In short, I would be paying more out of pocket than my listed price. I have decided to take the pillows out of the covers and sell just the covers. I apologize and would be more than happy to offer you a great deal on anything in my closet.

bcelliot @lizroseberry I am brand new to Poshmark and just saw your reply. I was so disappointed because I think your pillows are perfect for a pink silk bedspread that’s very old that I just put on a brass bed. I’m more than willing to pay your shipping expenses.

bcelliot @lizroseberry I completely understand. I think that you can take them to UPS and they will box for you. I think the extra expense to me would be less than me going out to buy 3 pillows for the covers. I’m not sure how we do this. I’m still very interested. Do you just raise your price on Poshmark.

lizroseberry @bcelliot Thank you for being so understanding. I have listed the pillows two ways 1) Pillows with inserts and 2) Pillow covers. The additional charges are $20 for freight which Poshmark charges me and $5 for a box I will need to buy.
