danawar Hello! I shipped the iPad mini case out on 7/18, so I’m not sure why it hasn’t been scanned by the post office yet!! It should have left Wichita and be well on its way to you. I’ve had this happen before, the shipping should be updated soon!

danawar @cleegirl read the “Your guide to Poshmark” it tells you what you need to know. I have been selling on here for a few years, and it is so easy! Remember Poshmark keeps 20% of the sale over $15, and $3.95 if it’s under $15. Hope that helps, but ask me or any Poshmark ambassador if you have a question!

cleegirl @shelsley92 I do have a question about buying. I saw a Michael Kors bag I really liked and made an offer. Unlike before, I received no reply. After 24 hours I resubmitted the offer, but still no answer. Are sellers required to remove items they no longer wish to sell or to delete their pages if they no longer are active? I was so disappointed as I have not found this particular purse anywhere else. Thanks!

iqclothessavvy Hi Barbara! Nice to meet you! Great question regarding 'Active' listings. Posh does not monitor For activity of closets. However they do provide 3 ways to see if closet is active. At top of every listing is a date-stamp of last time shared. The "About" (top of closet) will tell last time on App, if blank they are a ghost closet. And by Adding item to Bundle then make a comment as all bundle comments are notified by email. Hope this helps.

cleegirl @iqclothessavvy are Posh party times in any particular time zone? For example, I’ll see party at 9 am, but don’t know if that means eastern, central or pacific. Thanks!

iqclothessavvy Hi Barbara! Great question! I still get confused, LOL! Poshmark HQ is a suburb of San Francisco so anytime Posh mentions a time it will be Pacific time zone. cleegirl @iqclothessavvy My first sale experience was dreadful and I am so tempted to drop all of my listings. I really was hoping to reach the 10 great reviews milestone but feel that never can happen now. Does this happen often?

cleegirl @iqclothessavvy Buyer claimed undisclosed flaws on the used IPhone 8 case. I took great care of that case and saw no flaws. On a bag that had 3 small spots on my page I mentioned and photographed the flaws, and I never would try to cover up known defects. I politely let the process run its course and now have an undisclosed defect report on my sales record. Ouch! Thanks for listening and for sharing my listings!

iqclothessavvy Hi Barbara! Hang in there! I've been Poshing 5 years, I've never seen Posh decide a case as Buyer just purchased 3 days ago. I didn't see any pictures or descriptions with flaws in the sold listings. Looks good to me. if BUYER did file a case you should definitely fight it, respond with your pictures. Or at least call their bluff n have them return. Hang in there! it will be okay!

cleegirl @iqclothessavvy actually that IND warning and accompanying admonishments really did sting and suggested I did something deliberate, not to mention my negative reflection on Poshmark. I can only describe an item as I see it with my own eyes. Again Ouch!!

The 2 keys are keep LISTING items, daily if possible, And SHARING, both your items every few hours Daily and sharing others, again as often as possible, as your lifestyle allows time for Posh. iqclothessavvy Hi Barbara! That's a great question! When somebody clicks the blue Buy button the software automatically locks the listing with a yellow Reserve flag supposedly giving the buyer time to complete the purchasing steps. It's like a 'save' button for the buyer, first-come-first-serve type of thing. But if buyer changes their mind or button was clicked accidentally, the reserve will only last 15 to 20 minutes. Hope this helps. Hope it was a sale!

cleegirl @iqclothessavvy I am trying to create a bundle for a buyer. When I try to submit the offer, it says “invalid offer amount”. How can I make this work?

iqclothessavvy Hi Barbara! Goodness! That sounds very frustrating! Let's see if we can make a sale! First make sure the dollar amount is lower than the listed price. Second, try removing an item then Direct Share that item back to buyer. Try submitting offer again. Do same for each item until offer goes through. Also check each item for changes/edits. if so, remove, then Direct Share, submit offer. Good luck with your sale! keep me updated!
