lostdog96740 The Consuela bag was NOT torn or cut when it shipped...it was barely even used. I even checked it closely for any wear on the edges just by having it sitting around and there was none. So if there is a tear as you claim, it may have happened in shipping or opening the box, but it left my hands in excellent condition. Sorry that happened, but once it leaves my hands it’s out of my control. I would never lie on a listing!

barbaralopez543 @lostdog96740 Well, by what I see it wasn’t done by shipping or opening the box. This was from being already damaged before being shipped & I don’t lie either. I have a pic of it and am still very disappointed....

I’m not calling you a liar, I’m just upset that it happened cause again, i inspected it before I listed it and right before putting it in the box.
